*Job summary * We have a great opportunity for a FusionTeam Leader to join HM LandRegistry (HMLR) to lead and manage HMLR’s newly centralised Fusion Support Team.
Within this role you will form ways of working, developing knowledge and capability within the team, identifying and delivering efficiencies and improvement; whilst gaining maximum effectiveness and performance from Fusion for HMLR.
You will join a team which is industry-leading in the adoption of agile principles in service management practices and will lead the provision of Service Management for OracleFusion, setting SLAs in conjunction with the senior business users and delivering on it.
*Job description * As the FusionTeamManager, you will have responsibility for developing and maturing a newly formed team.
Using your knowledge to provide subject matter expertise on operational strategy and improvements to the Fusion Governance board, you will be responsible for the operation, performance and continuous improvement of OracleFusion in HM LandRegistry.
As the leading expert in HMLR on OracleFusion cloud ERP application and associated technologies, you will provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on all the modules Financials and HCM, in the HMLR Oracle Cloud footprint and adjoining technologies.
You will ensure the performance of the Fusion Support Team meets organisational requirements, complies with policies, whilst actively promoting a continuous improvement culture and maintain an effective working relationship with senior stakeholders.
Within this role, you will lead on the development of our workforce planning needs, budget management, risk, and performance assurance.
You will also ensure key processes, controls and risk management are in place, fully documented and there is sufficient cover to give assurance of system availability to meet deadlines and increasing business demand.
*Person specification * To be successful in this role, you will have substantial hands-on implementation knowledge and experience of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, HR functionality and extensive knowledge of configurable features in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and HR, including knowledge of integrations in and out of Oracle ERP.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud services upholding and supporting SAAS such as Oracle IAM, IDCS, OCI etc is essential; along with a working knowledge of a broad range of current and evolving IT technologies, architectures, and delivery models.
You have experience of building strong working relationships and partnerships with a wide range of internal and external Senior Stakeholders, up to Director level and the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively.
In addition, you have experience of leading teams to deliver a quality service and successfully leading and developing a team through change.
