Basinghall Clinic is led by highly specialist and experienced consultants to include; Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal, Breast Clinic and Mammography, Urology, Cardiology, Radiology and MRI, amongst others.

We offer GP services, health clinics, outpatient’s clinics and diagnostic services.What you’ll do:
You will be accountable for leading the Cromwell Outpatient & DiagnosticCentre – Basinghall Clinic, to ensure performance is optimised and clinical governance processes are adhered to.You will also be accountable for driving and improving operational performance across all service lines and for ensuring the Centre consistently delivers the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities (not restricted to):
To lead and manage commercial and business needs of the Centre, overseeing and maintaining client contracts and business relationshipsTo drive operational efficiency through effective utilisation and efficient scheduling of resources.
Continually strive for profitable growth, driving innovation and keeping the customer at the centre of everything we doTo be accountable for the identification and delivery of the Centres cost improvements, continuously looking to reduce operating costs and identify opportunities to increase revenueProvide strong visible leadership in across the Service.Be able to effectively liaise and communicate with Consultant users and referrers.Directly manages and influences through the Centre management structures both through the operational and clinical lines and ensures roles are staffed appropriately and in line with Bupa values.To proactively seek out opportunities to bring new skills into the team / cross train in order to work towards a one stop resolution incorporating all service linesTo be accountable for the identification and delivery of the Centres cost improvements, continuously looking to reduce operating costs and identify opportunities to increase revenueTo continuously measure performance to understand any variation and proactively take action on cost underperformanceWhat you’ll bringEvidence of management / leadership training (essential)Evidence of continuing professional development within the last 12 monthsExcellent communication skillsAble to demonstrate capability and capacity for clinical service management at a senior level in a large, complex healthcare environment, including staff management, financial management and change management.Masters In Health Management or MBA or equivalent (desirable)Secondary care healthcare experience (desirable)Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a leadership roleWhy Bupa?
