A bit about the job:
In this role you will be required to work closely with the PMO governance lead, developing our governance of Change being delivered across the Life and Group portfolio.
Ensuring we report accurately on all aspects of the portfolio being delivered, driving standards across the team and keeping stakeholders appropriately informed.
You will also assist the Regulatory ChangeLead in supporting the engagement & governance of this portfolio of work.
Ensuring change is operationally efficient and making sure large change projects deliver effectively and successfully into operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK Life regulatory, legal and business risk implications to ensure operational change activity and outcomes support this.
You will have a strong understanding of the change framework, analytical in understanding operational impacts, stakeholder management and identification of risks.
