The paraplanning team has a variety of experience and seniority levels.
You will be on hand for coaching and training, but mainly just be there as a support network for the team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
· Ensure client service levels remain high· Undertake 121’s and KPI/Objective check ins across the team · Train and monitoring new employees · Monitor workload and support levels · Paraplanning duties, where required Benefits:
