You will work alongside the Hospital Director, assisting and support their day-to-day administration tasks, such as recruitment, new starters, leavers, training and all HR related meetings.
As an SeniorAdministrator, you will work 22.5 hours a week and will be responsible for supporting the service with their recruitment needs, welcoming new starters to the team, and managing all HR-related meetings.
You will be responsible for data analysing and ensuring all compliance documents are acceptable and follow ElysiumHealthcare procedures and policy, these include reference, DBS checks, identification, and Right-To-Work.

Your responsibilities will include:
Organising and managing sensitive data both on and off-site Managing a confidential filing system and be able to work in a confidential manner.
Managing staff payroll and checking weekly and monthly cost report Provide support to line managers with managing Staff Absence in line with the Absence management Policy Undertaking all administrative tasks such as recruitment, starters, leavers HR-related meetings and administer all non-payment letters Liaising with head office/payroll, ensuring any relevant documents are sent Update staff details on the Elysium electronic HR system Create and update HR paper files to ensure they are legally compliant Ensuring compliance with all HR policies & procedures and liaising with all disciplines, especially Operational HR and Head Office staff, on a regular basis on the delivery of HR practices and processes.
Show initiative in the absence of the Hospital Director to ensure that urgent matters are addressed.
Establish and maintain an effective filing system, to include paper and electronically.
Produce ad hoc reports when requested to do so To be successful in this role, you'll need:
HR Administration experience 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent Experience of working with Senior Executives.
Experience of minute taking and expert in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Conduct yourself professionally at all times.
Be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Be able to handle stressful situations.
Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Be able to prioritise duties and responsibilities and be able to work with minimum supervision.
To be flexible and adaptable Have knowledge of working with systems to support HR and Finance Departments.
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
