Events Salary:
£30,000 x 40 hours Plus 30% of Salary in added overtime We are working with a very high end Events company based in South London looking for a Pastry CDP to showcase Fine Dining and the very best Events on offer! The basic salary of £30,000 contracted for 40 hours.
You will have the opportunity to work as many evening events as you want and so this is paid at overtime rates so realistically you can be earning up to £39,000.
The Pastry CDP will have at least 2 years experience in Hotel or Restaurants, and should be able to demonstrate cooking to the highest level in previous roles.
A Michelin or Rosette background would also be preferred.
Experience with a large Event Company would be very beneficial You will be working with a well known Exec Chef and Head Pastry Chef.
You will get to learn new techniques and have your ideas implemented.
Based in the Main Kitchen in South London you will also be required to travel to functions around London.
