It is a vital part of the position to keep food quality for both guests and staff to the best standard potentially possible.
Qualifications First Aid certificates are an asset.
Current Foodsafe Certificate Culinary Arts / Pastry Levels 1,2 or 3 Three years of cooking experience; experience in a Michelin Starred Restaurantis preferred.
