With flexible working arrangements (2 days in their office per week) Your new role You are joining the People team, to report into the People Business Partnering team, at an exciting time of a change and transition in a team of 6, to help work with managers across the organisation.
As well as with the People Team to closely support from moment of Onboarding throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including Probation and performance management, absence management, occupational health referrals supporting in a range of HR projects.
You'll also work on low level ER cases escalating to the HR Business Partner when Needed, as well as working with the Learning and Development team to assist in manager drop-in sessions.
What you'll need to succeed Experience working in a busy HR team at Advisory level or above.
Knowledge of UK Employment Law and how to effectively apply it.
Be a proactive, self-starter with a willingness to undertake administrative tasks.
Excellent It skills in the MS Teams packages Be immediately available or within 2 weeks-notice.
