They are seeking a PortfolioManager to join the team.
Giving day to day management of large-scale solar farm O & M contracts, including scheduling of planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.

* Day to day management of a portfolio of large-scale solar farms throughout UK * Design and scheduling of annual preventive maintenance plans * Dispatching teams for reactive maintenance * Troubleshooting of electrical and communications faults * Managing Spare Parts, Subcontractors, H&S obligations and reporting & training requirements * Ensuring O&M contractual obligations are fulfilled * Development of growth opportunities, review of new O&M contracts and market research * Resolving disputes in an efficient and beneficial to all parties involved manner * Insurance claims and contracts management * Financial review and forecasting and costs optimisations * Contribution to PAC, IAC and FAC successful completion Criteria for the PortfolioManager:
* Electrical Engineering University degree or similar * 3 years Previous experience within the renewables industry in O&M, Asset Management, Design, or Project Management * Good knowledge on a technical level of PV systems and their components * Experience with contracts negotiations and contracts management * CRM/ERP software experience If you are a PortfolioManager and looking to join a growing company please get in touch Fourblue NottinghamEngland
