£150,000 plus package; full time/part time; London/Hybrid Become PracticeLeader for this advisory consultancy where you'll help innovative businessmediagroups grow their events/conferencing strategy.
This isn't going to be an MD/CEO role for a conference/events firm, although your expertise in that area will also lend itself to how they further establish the groups own networking functions.
Instead, this group as a whole offers advisory/consultancy services to fast growing independent businessmediagroups, many of who have conference/events arms as part of their remit.
Your role, in being PracticeLeader, would be to establish/build on their advisory side to businessmedia firms specifically seeking to grow their conference/events/networking offerings.
As such you'll be at the forefront of developing the whole advisory programme, and play a key strategic role in progressing this.
Ideally this suits a current/former CEO/MD or similar from the business conference/events sector with entrepreneurial flair who'd perhaps now like to lend their experience and knowledge to other businesses seeking to replicate what they may have already achieved.
It thus presents something fresh, rather than a perhaps a less appealing musical chairs changeover to a competitor, for anyone in this position simply seeking to do something 'new' and ultimately hugely rewarding - you'd not only be lending clients the secret of your success but also building out the practice offering and team as you go too! You'll be joining an organisation with a super peer group from the B2B Media sector at what's an overall exciting time of growth for them as more firms seek their expertise during what's a transformative period for B2B media overall.
Part time options also available if you'd like to combine this with additional consulting.
