We're looking for a Pre-Construction Manager/Bid Manager to join our Pre construction team based in London.

Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know Responsibilities As a Pre-Construction Manager/Bid Manager, you'll be working within the Pre Construction Team, supporting them in projects worth between £1m and £10m.
Your day to day will include:
Managing, coordinating and delivering the pre-construction activities of either two stage or single stage opportunities.
Leading/contributing to smaller preconstruction teams to ensure that the pre-construction programme, governance and milestones are met Ensuring commercial proposals are developed in a timely manner; risks are identified, managed and appropriately apportioned; subcontractors and subconsultants are appointed and properly managed, whilst also managing relationships with the Client, the appointed professional team and Kier delivery teams What are we looking for?
