The successful PremierSousChef will receive a salary£43,000 for a 45-hour working week, straight shifts Requirements:
Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team Will have experience in events & banqueting You will exhibit creativity by helping design & execute new dishes An experienced PremierSousChef who demonstrates commitment & stability Be an active hands-on individual with excellent communication skills Someone who thrives on working with British ingredients & seasonality The ability to perform well while under pressure A team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment Prepared to travel when needed Benefits include:
