PrincipalFront End Engineer - huge rebuild! Big role here for a PrincipalFrontEngineer or Lead Front End Engineer with one of our key customers - the product is an AI-powered platform delivering 2Bn+ experiences to their 1M+ user base.
This isn't for the faint-hearted as you'll take the lead on a huge breakdown of a monolith into React micro front ends whilst re-platforming to AWS.
You will get to own the overall architecture and big picture thinking and drive front end engineering best practice across the company.
We can offer responsibility and autonomy in abundance; you'll be leading on technical direction, strategy and execution and what the shape and size of the team should look like.
The position can be purely technical, or if desired, there is the option for direct management of a few Engineers.
The tech stack is React, Next.JS, Node Serverless, AWS.
Salary will be up to £120k plus stock options.
