As a PrincipalAnalyst, you will be actively involved with setting of price across our diverse portfolio of Commercial lines products.
You will be actively involved with monitoring and improving the accuracy of pricing models and performing impact assessments of potential pricing actions on key metrics such as conversation rates, retention rates and profitability.
Through utilising specialist statistical pricing techniques, software skills and industry experience you will add to enhancing of the team’s technical capability and will help ensure the effective development and delivery of fair and accurate prices for our commercial customers.

About you We are seeking PrincipalPricingAnalysts who share our passion for delivering fair and accurate prices to our commercial customers.
You will have a strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and excellent analytical skills alongside prior experience of working within a General Insurance Pricing function, preferably within a Commercial line of business.
We also hope that you would be able to demonstrate the following:
Ability to interpret complex data and draw sound business recommendations Ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical audiences Experience building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships Ability to independently manage your workload at the same time being an efficient team collaborator.
Experience of using Willis Towers Watson’s Radar suite is preferable but not essential and will only add to an already impressive CV.
