This specialist team are currently recruiting for an experienced PrivateClientSolicitor to join them as Senior Associate or Salaried Partner.
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of advising HNW clients on lifetime and death estate and tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, estate administration and the formation, taxation and administration of trust structures.
This Top 100 firm are ideally looking for a Senior PrivateClientSolicitor who have a client following and/or a market presence with the ability to generate new work leads.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to progress their career and take on a new challenge in building up this firm’s PrivateClient offering in Liverpool.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced PrivateClientSolicitors with between 6 and 10 years’ PQE gained from PrivateClient work.
The successful Solicitor must have the ability to run their own caseload from start to finish with little to no supervision along with the ability and desire to supervise junior lawyers.
STEP qualification is preferrable for this position but is by no means essential, however knowledge of Trusts and experience of advising on HNW and UHNW work is essential in order to be successful in this role.
