£65,000 per year We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ProductManager to lead the onboarding and customer journey for a leading telecommunications business in Europe currently going through a huge digital transformation.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance the B2C and B2B customer experience throughout their onboarding journey with our company.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute onboarding strategies that ensure a seamless and positive experience for new customers * Analyze customer journey data to identify pain points and areas for improvement * Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and customer success to improve the customer experience * Lead the development of new product features and enhancements that improve the onboarding and customer journey experience * Define success metrics and track progress towards goals Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a productmanager, with a focus on onboarding and customer journeys * An end to end attitude * Deep understanding of B2B and B2C environments * Experience working in a transformational environment is a bonus * Experience in developing and executing onboarding strategies for SaaS products * Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making * Experience in user research and usability testing * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Comfortable working in a fully remote environment If you are passionate about transforming the customer journey and have a proven track record of success in product management, we want to hear from you.
