*What you will do:
* As ProductSupportManager, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with product strategy and development.
* Writing functional design briefs in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
* Producing technical literature that is accurate and relevant.
* Assist in recommendations and timely delivery of Specials.
* Monitor the market, competitors and product sales.
* Understand the process of product development from R&D to Withdrawal, recognising gateways.
* Actively contribute to the company vision of “best in class” and “right first time”.
*What you will need:
* As ProductSupportManager you will demonstrate:
* Experience in product management or a similar technical marketing role.
* A good level of technical and strategic acumen.
* A blend of commercial and technical understanding to develop the product vision.
* Both B2B and B2C market experience, with a strong customer ethic putting that at the centre of the development process.
* A pro-active and challenging mind-set towards concepts and problem solving.
* Extremely well-organised and able to prioritise/multi-task.
* Both good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to present in a succinct and informative manner.
* Fully proficient IT skills, Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
