Our construction / engineering client is seeking a Project manager capable of running multiple smaller projects, ranging from 5k to 500k.

The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background from the engineering and / or construction industry and must be capable of the following:

o Reading, understanding and administering contracts.

o Programming of project resources (MS project or similar) o Management and monthly reporting of cost and value o Selection and management of installations teams on site including preparing risk assessments o Office based near Eastleigh with visits to sites required as and when.

Hours:

Monday
- Thursday
- 08.30am
- 17.15pm (Monday Thursday) Friday
- 08.30am 13.00pm 37.5 hrs p/w Salary:

£35,000p/a
- £45,000p/a (depending on experience)
