ProjectManager – £60,000 DOE– Dartford, Kent (DA1 1JQ) The Role Are you looking for a new challenge that will put your project management skills to the test? Then we've got the perfect job for you! We are looking for a talented ProjectManager to join our team and help us make our dreams a reality.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects from acceptance of order through to project completion/handover, on budget and to customers satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a ProjectManager include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the commercially and technically satisfactory outcome of each project.
Ensure safe working for Safetell staff, 3rd party operatives, other contractors and general public at all installations.
Where possible improve contract execution relative to estimates for:
Material Costs, Project (including drafting) man-hours, Installation man-hours.
Ensure installation team briefing that delivers customer satisfaction.
Communication with contractors in line with contract and customer requirements and satisfaction.
Manage a number of diverse projects at any one time fulfilling all requirements.
Ensure compliance with all Statutory and Regulatory requirements during project implementation, including site specific and general Health & Safety requirements.
Management of contract in line with contract conditions.
Liaise with all installers to ensure that; all relevant H&S paperwork is place, they are aware of all risks and control measures, the correct equipment has been supplied/allocated, staff have the correct training/knowledge and they are aware and adhere to safe working practices.
Ensure that customer expectations and contractual commitments are adequately understood prior to commencement and during the various phases of contract.
Detailed checking of drawings submitted by customers and management of CAD drawing production, including checking and client approval.
Liaison with Engineering Department where higher level of application engineering is required before procurement, production or attendance on site.

The Person The key skills and qualities of a ProjectManager are:
Experience of managing multi-site project installations.
Experience of managing contracts using standard and non-standard construction industry contract types (NEC, JCT etc).
Experience of remotely leading installation teams.
Can do attitude and attention to detail regarding installations, documentation and project costs/recoveries.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
SSSTS Accreditied.
Desirable Role Requirements.
Prince2 Qualification or other recognised project qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Project or Similar.
Lives close to Dartford.
Experience and Technical Qualification in Door, Window, Curtain Walling or Entrance Control Solutions (including automatic doors).
IOSH or other H&S Management Training.
