We are currently seeking a PropertyDeliverySurveyor, ideally with a successful track record working within the Housing sector.
The successful candidate will get a company car with travel paid for, an annual bonus, a joining bonus of £500 and flexible working.
This is a great opportunity for either an experienced professional, or a recent graduate looking to progress their career within the housing sector.
The role involves advising on reinvestment programmes, stock condition surveys, and providing specialist surveyor input on a range of other matters to ensure that properties are maintained and retain their value.

Completing repairs inspections and overseeing required work to successful resolution.
Experience coming from a similar PropertyDeliverySurveyor Undertaking stock condition surveys in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance Helping to identify required asset improvements in line with business plans, ensuring that strategies and plans are developed and high quality services are delivered Managing cyclical and capital work projects in line with legislation and making appropriate recommendations Overseeing the delivery of mixed tenure work programmes in accordance with the organisation's financial policies and procedures Managing disrepair and environmental health cases which will enable you to suggest appropriate remedies and strategies to address any building relating issues Managing external contractors to ensure maintenance work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications and programmes Additional Benefits for the PropertyDeliverySurveyor:
