PropertyManager KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF AST MANAGEMENT MUST BE VERY SMART AND ARTICULATE BENEFITS:
£28-32K PER ANNUM NO DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED FULLY SUPPORTED ARLA EXAMS Our client is a professional lettings company with a large portfolio of high end/high value properties.
They are looking for an experienced PropertyManager who enjoys solving problems and is able to work well under pressure.
The PropertyManager should be well presented and have at least 12 months experience in AST management.
Duties of the PropertyManager:
All Gas Safety and EPC checks Property Maintenance and Viewings Property Renovations Arrange annual gas and electrical safety checks HMO licensing paperwork Carry out regular property visits to ensure all buildings are in good order Give feedback to Landlords regarding any issues noted during the visit Set up after move in files & scan all documents onto the system Book check outs at the end of tenancy and cleaning Deal with deposit at the end of tenancy, negotiations, and release of deposit PropertyManager Skills required:
