PublishingSystemsManager £47k - £50k per annum + Benefits London / Hybrid Working We are seeking a PublishingSystemsManager to join an excellent global organisation based in Central London.
A successful candidate will report to the head of business systems and will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation and development of Biblio3 and VI Portal.
The role will also involve scheduling and overseeing our clients programme of work to ensure the quality of projects.
Our client is operating a hybrid model of 3 days' work from home and 2 days in the office each week.
Key Skills:
A suitable candidate will have/ be:
Proven record as a team leader and motivator.
An effective time and resource manager.
A deep understanding of the global publishing industry and the data supply chain.
Good grasp of publishing technology and software (notably Biblio3 and VI portal).
Experience in budgeting for a department.
The ability to explain systems workings and business procedures to staff concisely and effectively while have a friendly and professional manner (verbal and written alike).
Good Windows skills, especially with Excel.
Experience working with databases.
The ability to work flexibly and independently or part of a team, as projects and situations require.
Responsibilities:
Leading the team.
Road mapping.
Vendor management.
Change management.
Documentation of critical functions.
Reporting on performance and delivery.
Design and resourcing of training programmes.
Overseeing projects.
Audit management, specifically of licenses and permissions.
