QualifiedResidential Support Worker £31,787.20 per annum (inclusive of sleep in allowance, based on 8 sleep ins per month) Options Autism, are recruiting Night Residential Childcare Workers to join our teams in our Acorn Park site.
Acorn Park School is a special school for autistic young people aged 5-19.
Acorn Park is set in a 30 acre private estate, our young people can learn, play in a holistic, happy and safe environment.
Our registered independent home offers residentialcare for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex needs.
Our next QualifiedCare Worker will be someone who has:
Mandatory:
Level 3 Diploma - Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent.
Experience of working in a residential setting A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.
Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging.
Patience, resilience, and calmness.
Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs.
Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s ResidentialCare.
