Our client is a leading global service company specialising in the delivery of subsea solutions to the renewables and hydrocarbon industries.
They provide bespoke solutions to clients, from feasibility through to installation and operation.
The Job:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior RecruitmentManager with recruitment experience which will be based in their offices in Central Bristol.
This role will be to manage the recruitment of contract personnel for operational projects and gain new and sustaining current working relationships with contractors, recruitment agencies & client companies.
This will be a mix of account management and new business.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
Actively securing new clients Developing a good understanding of client companies, industry and projects Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Maintaining, updating and using the contractor database to select the most appropriate personnel to meet the clients requirements Requesting references and checking suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client Assist in the preparation of CVs and correspondence to forward to the Client in respect of suitable applicants Negotiating pay rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidate Maintaining communication with the client throughout projects Coordinate with the Client all offshore crew change requirements, administration and travel Identify, source and approach suitable potential candidates / contractors through a variety of methods including recruitment agencies, social media and direct approaches Receiving and reviewing contractor applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates Receive and maintain contractor CVs and certification Recruiting through social media platforms and managing responses alongside the Administrator The Person:
For this role our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Experience in recruitment.
Strong numerical and Microsoft Office skills.
Eye for detail, accuracy and analytical working are paramount for this role Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise manpower resourcing tasks, requirements and administration Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers as well as internal staff Be willing to work and travel in-country and overseas as may be required from time to time The Hours:
Monday Friday 8.30am 5.30pm, 40 hours per week The Location:
Central Bristol, no car parking (some hybrid working but mainly office based) The Salary:
