OUR CLIENT An innovative technology business THE ROLE We have an opportunity for a Regulatory Lawyer c 2+ PQE to join an established in house legal function The role will involve providing regulatory input, negotiating and drafting contracts, working closely with stakeholders and business teams of this high profile fin tech organisation As a team member, you will be expected to manage a varied workload covering legal and regulatory matters, core contract areas will relate to; Payments, e-money, consumer hire, GDPR Other work will include risk management and advising proposed legislation that may have an impact on the business THE CANDIDATE Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor with experience of working in a FCA regulated business You will be ready to make a career move to a business facing role handling a mainly regulatory workload working as a visible team member Split working arrangements will be on offer Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
