As ReservationsSupervisor you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day enquiries and guest requests as and when they come in.
Your tasks as ReservationsSupervisor will include but will not be limited to:
Assist with the smooth operational running of the Reservations team.
Have a good understanding of budget and targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them Be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice.
To assist with the management of the reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy.
To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
To develop and maintain strong guest relationships and encourage your team to do the same.
To meticulously monitor guest reviews and feedback to your team on successes, areas of development, and those who need to be contacted.
To offer continued support, training and development to your team and to work collaboratively with them.
To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years experience in a reservations role Minimum 1 year experience within hospitality Good understanding of OPERA or similar reservation systems.
