Helping to manage the day to day operation of the restaurant Ensuring that all company standards are adhered to Taking every step to enhance guest experiences Training, development and supervision of team members Effectively handling customer queries, complaints and feedback An integral part of the management team, with designated responsibilities Supporting recruitment, induction, and performance appraisals of new employees What were looking for in a RestaurantManager:
