WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Help ensure the continued smooth running of the restaurant Deputise for the restaurant manager, when required Work with the head chef and restaurant manager to improve all aspects of our food service Assist in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures WHAT YOU OFFER:
