We are looking for a RewardAnalyst to join M&G to provide support to the Reward function and the business throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the business in advising on reward queries and procedures.
The role will also undertake general Reward activities, supporting the maintenance and development of Reward policies, practices and programmes.
This is a permanent opportunity which will begin working remotely and will then have a blended approach between working from home and our office in Stirling.
Key Responsibilities Working as part of a busy Reward function, the RewardAnalyst provides support across the entire employee lifecycle, including:
Support the resolution of remuneration queries from Managers and HR Colleagues, through the application and interpretation of Reward policies and principles Manage Market Data Submissions and analysis Support data integrity on Reward systems Manage and build effective relationships across HR Support on annual pay review and Reward projects as required Respond to queries received to the Reward mailbox from stakeholders across the organisation Support Global Mobility and Immigration queries as required Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
A graduate with a degree in a statistical/numerical focused discipline Experience of working in an HR support position (desired, not essential) Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical skills, ability to collate and interpret numerical information Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Recruiter :
