As the HCR grows in size and complexity there is a new requirement for a RiskManagement, Solicitor / Associate to work with the existing RM Team.
The Team has responsibilities for all claims, complaints and RM across the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with claims in house.
Liaising with insurer appointed panel firms where appropriate.
Reporting internally and to the firm’s insurer on strategy.
Assisting the Firms’ complaints partner, supporting with the complaints process, and liaising with the Legal Ombudsman where necessary.
Putting in place riskmanagement measures for the firm, liaising with the firm’s compliance team.
Assist with in-house riskmanagement training.
Identify claims trends affecting the legal profession.
Advising and implementing change to mitigate future risks.
About You Minimum of two years’ PQE.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage relationships.
Excellent technical ability, verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, ambitious, and organised.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
