We are looking for driven and entrepreneurial individuals to take our SAP and Consulting practice to the next level and currently have an opportunity for a SAP Consolidation and GroupReportingConsultant with a focus on business processes and finance systems solutions.
To be successful you will have:
Excellent knowledge of finance processes and finance technology around consolidation space from a functional perspective, particularly on SAP solutions (SAP EPM, S/4HANA).
Expert knowledge of intercompany accounting, consolidation, statutory reporting and accounting standards eg.
IFRS, GAAP.
Proven track record in driving customer success by delivering EPM projects in the consolidation and groupreporting area.
Experience on developing the vision, roadmap and business case and articulating the benefits for the proposed transformation.
Proven experience on leading teams from design to deploy of consolidation solutions.
Expert knowledge of PB&F processes and best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building.
Managed senior Business and IT Stakeholders to achieve successful implementations.
An accounting background or qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
Be a respected authority on financial solutions (i.e.
speaking at User Group events etc).
Team Lead experience of between 3-30 people including offshore Have experience of supporting pre-sales engagements and responding to RFP’s etc.
Previous consulting experience in top-tier consulting firm.
You will be responsible for:
Leadership and Consulting within SAP EPM projects.
Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Director Level.
Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements.
Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.
Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team.
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria.
Train, coach, and supervise team members.
