Our Client designs and manufactures high performance fiber optic laser delivery systems and lasers for commercial applications in biotechnology and semiconductor manufacturing.
They now require a ProjectManager to assist with all aspects of the implementation of SAP Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensure project deliverables are on time, as per scope and within allocated budget * Manage business, interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution * Lead the fulfilment of business benefits through effective, ERP project delivery at the site * Facilitate the tracking and resolution of business project related issues and any problems with the assigned team members * Be a leader and an influencer to promote organisational change management during the project The Person:
Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
* Degree (either business administration or manufacturing operational discipline or equivalent) * SAP experience essential * Experience in implementing change (people, process, or technology) * Experience in manufacturing industry is an asset * Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2) is an asset You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will enjoy a good basic salary of between £45,000 to £55,000 (dependent upon experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
Relocation package will be considered for the right candidate.
