What you will experience:

We are looking for a Dynamic Sales Manager to build on our success in the Data Solution market, to achieve a sustainable business here in the UK & Ireland.

We have a very strong business in the US driven by our experience and supporting product range.

Our complete product range of Racks, Power Distribution and range of Air & Liquid cooling equipment is guaranteed to be of interest to all Data Center Operators and End Users.

· The opportunity to build strong relationships with Data Center Operators and End Users.

· The confidence to secure new business through support from our FAE & E2E Teams.

· Strong technical support for both our account managers and customers.

You will be involved in all aspects of Pre-sales activities, including working with our wonderful Customer Care Team.

· You will be part of an experienced and lively Sales Team based here in the UK and Nordics ! · The motivation to be able to work remotely, visit customers and connect via Team is key to the success of this position.

· You will have the total responsibility for the achievement of the sales quota in the Data Solution market.

· A strong CRM company database.

The use of Sales Force to maintain all customer records Please Note:

Work will require meeting with customers in the field and will include meetings with customers after normal business hours.

This role includes up to 50% travel time with potential overnight travel.

_Valid driver’s license required__*.*_ YOU have:

· Embraced the New Digital age of networking and sales.

· Technical qualification in electrical & mechanical engineering is _preferred_ · Ideally 3+ years proven sales experience in the Data Center Market is preferred.

· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM program · Great abilities to negotiate and collaborate, both internally and externally, in a diplomatic manner.

· Ability to develop positive relationships in the assigned account markets to assess trends/conditions, and translate these into opportunities to deliver value according to timelines given · Ability to use strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner and to deliver effective presentations or proposal.
