Role Introduction Provide Salesforce consultancy to the GBS EMEA alliances and operational departments.
What you will do Play a key role during the analysis, implementation and release phases to ensure the functional designs meet business requirements and deliver the defined benefits.
Collaborate and influence users and management in the definition, analysis, design and acceptance of new processes and systems.
Take responsibility for the configuration and development requirements by liaising with administrators/technical architects, developers, business users and developers to create a coherent solution.
Suggest innovative ways of delivering efficiencies to the EMEA Salesforce instance and supporting processes.
Develop APEX classes.
Test the code in a Sandbox & Admin Sandbox to ensure it meets the business need.
Implement the code in live & manage the process to business as usual support.
Provide subject matter expertise to the Business Solutions & Innovation team.
Support the documentation of the Salesforce environment.
Ensure all changes are documented.
Support the development of the testing regime.
Ensure it is both flexible and secure.
Produce reports as & when required by the team, EMEA Alliances & operational departments.
Provide second line support for the system administrators, and our three stakeholder groups.
