Up to Salary £30,000pa Start date early April Fantastic TRONC to be earned Local seasonal produce Staff Benefits We have an exciting opportunity for a SecondChef to join one of our clients expanding, award winning restaurant situated near to St Austell.
The right candidate will need to be passionate about food and a problem solver.
You will need to be motivated with a drive to excel in this role.
Within this role you will be set with ensuring the highest levels of food safety and food hygiene are adhered to, whilst keeping up to date records and documenting working practices.
You will also be required to collaborate with Head chef within the establishment to assist in generating menus based on seasonal produce.
You will have a good understanding of using fresh local produce and having a developed knowledge of available seasonal ingredients.
