The Role & Experience Required The team handle a broad range of areas including private and public family law and are seeking someone that ideally has worked within family law since qualifying across a wide range of cases.
The team is known for its expertise and would love for a likeminded individual to join them.
To focus on financial remedies in all divorce matters Preparing Nuptial Agreements & Schedule 1 cases Allocate work to trainee solicitors and paralegals Meet and exceed targets in regard to fee earning work Engage with new enquiries face to face, via email & telephone You will be dedicated and client focused, with strong attention to detail and have an interest and experience in Matrimonial finance.
Being a Resolution Specialist or having Family Law Advanced Panel membership is advantageous but not essential.
