On-site/Field We are looking for a SeniorCare Coordinator, an experienced Homecare provider with expertise in delivering personalized care and support to people of all ages and abilities.
They have a robust network of working in partnership with several Local Authorities and CCGs.
Essentials:
You must currently hold or be prepared to work towards your Social Care NVQ/QCF Level 3 Qualification/ Care Co-Coordinator experience.
Driving license & access to own vehicle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure Policies & expectations are met in terms of service quality.
Assure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To ensure that both Care Workers and Service Users have access to a high volume of records that are well maintained & recorded appropriately.
Implementing a high-quality service by successfully balancing service user needs with care providers that are both qualified and experienced.
