A 90 Cover Country Pub and Dinning Room with Terrace and Beer Garden The pub will have a smart interior combining with a comforting feel, lovely, attentive but considered service.

The food style is clean and simple well executed pub food.
Aiming for 2 AA Rosettes or a Bib Gourmand.

As a SeniorChef de Partie, you will work along side the kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent standards.
