Please note this role can be based in either London or Berlin.As one of their SeniorDirectors, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the financial and operational sustainability of the organisation.Day to day responsibilities include:
Contributing to the strategic leadership of the organisation and help to ensure reputation for delivery of high quality workAct as Company secretary in the UK and Treasurer for legal entities in EuropePresent financial's to SMT, executive Committee and Board of TrusteesLead development and implementation of financial strategiesEnsure all reporting to donors and statutory bodies is completed on time and accuratelyEstablish guidelines for budget and forecast preparationLead on the audit strategy and liaise the external auditorsOversee IT, including security as well as management of dataOversee operations, including coordinating administrative function and management of central contractsEssentials:
