Methods are currently looking for a SeniorExecutiveAssistant for a government client of ours (Previous government experience will be beneficial).

3 months Responsibilities:
1.
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of commitments.
2.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and making necessary arrangements.
3.
Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
4.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
5.
Working to the CEO's Chief of Staff to manage incoming mailbox communications and other correspondence, and prioritise matters that require the CEO's attention.
6.
Liaising effectively and working in partnership across a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, executives and partners, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
7.
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with other Private Offices, including the Permanent Secretary and Ministerial Private Offices.
8.
Maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding sensitive information 9.
Ensure the office adheres to proprietary guidelines by managing transparency returns and by tracking and archiving expenses.
10.
Assist in the preparation and organisation of leadership team meetings, including the distribution of materials and meeting minutes.
11.
Work with the Chief of Staff and Deputy Private Secretary to identify opportunities to continuously improve the function of the office.
You will:
1.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
2.
Have previous experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a digital context 3.
Be exceptionally organised and a great multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
4.
Demonstrate good judgement and strategic thinking, being able to anticipate approaching risks and opportunities, providing mitigation where necessary.
5.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organisation.
6.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other relevant office software - G-Suite would be an advantage.
8.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and take initiative.
9.
Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
10.
