Senior M&E QuantitySurveyor (Commercial Manager) Services Experience Not Essential! A specialist MEP contractor is currently engaged on a complex tunnelling project in West London.
They are looking for a Senior M&E QuantitySurveyor who wants to step into a Commercial Manager role to oversee 5 - 7 years of work in collaboration with a large civil engineering firm.
The contract has potential to grow from its current value at £5M to over £40M, so we need a Senior M&E QuantitySurveyor who is capable of handling all the reporting for multiple packages on work over a larger account.
You will be fully supported by the project director on this scheme and the commercial director of the business.
An established SeniorQuantitySurveyor with 8 - 10 years industry experience would be an ideal fit.
