Our client is a global IT Consultancy looking to appoint several CloudOperating Model - Managing Consultants.
As a CloudOperating Model Managing Consultant or SeniorManager, you will be part of our Cloud Advisory capability within the wider Business Technology capability unit.
Our cloud advisory capability aims to inspire, lead and support organisations on their journey of adopting cloud for creating business and revenue models, generating growth, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing their carbon footprint.
In your role, you will deliver business and IT operating models that will enable the adoption, acceleration, and innovation on the cloud for our clients.
This will mean:
Designing and implementing cloudoperating models that will deliver on innovation, agility, cost benefit and time to market promises.
Adopting a holistic approach across multiple dimensions to modernise the client's operating model.
These dimensions will include process, governance, skills, culture, tooling & technology and organisation.
Integrate sector specific business operating models with cloudoperating models Leverage and maximising our clients' existing investments in ITSM tools and frameworks.
Developing the roadmap and transient states to move from on-premise based models to hybrid and multi-cloud model Why you? You'll bring experience in transforming business through technology and transforming the way clients operate.
Comfortable at working in a technology-driven environment, you will bring proven skills and experience in the following:
Design and implementation of cloudoperating models for public/private, hybrid and multi-cloud Design, implementation, and management of cloud centres of excellence Product oriented operating models and service architectures Integrating business operating models with cloudoperating models Experience in lean process design and intelligent process automation (desirable) Implementation of DevSecOps models along with necessary tooling, business change and processes.
Solid understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, DevOps and CI/CD Experience in cloud strategy and implementation for large or mid size organisations on public clouds (AWS, Azure or GCP) Security and governance models for cloud engineering and operations Driving IT and business automation across product management, engineering and operations ITIL and service management Business and IT interface designs within a cloud environment Being comfortable in a client-facing role, with previously consulting or advisory experience.
Pre-sales/sales experience with a strong delivery background You will be required to work and communicate with all levels of an organisation to collaboratively innovate, design and implement new business and operating models.
You'll bring an acute sense of market trends and the challenges facing our clients, to deliver lasting and sustainable organisation transformations.
You will have a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a top-tier consulting practice.
You'll contributing to our market offers, knowledge and the overall strategic goals of the practice.
In delivery and leadership, you'll be responsible for consulting sales in excess of £500,000 per annum.
