Our client is currently recruiting for a SeniorNurseryPractitioner to join their team in their brand-new setting in Ruislip scheduled to open in May 2023.
If you have a Level 3 or above in Childcare and have previous experience, this is a great opportunity to join a brand-new, modern nursery dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education to the children.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently Caring for all children and ensuring their personal and hygiene needs are met daily Creating an environment suitable for the age and stage of the children Ensuring the children are happy, settled and content Observing, assessing and planning for the childrens individual needs Keeping up to date and informed of legislation in relation to early education Ensure that all paperwork is in keeping with the EYFS and Ofsted Requirements Becoming familiarised with the nursery's policies and procedures Forming professional and friendly partnerships with parents Forming secure relationships with the children Supporting the Room Leader and Deputy Room Leader in the classroom Requirements for this Role:
Minimum of Level 3 Previous experience of working in a nursery setting Extensive knowledge of the current EYFS To be passionate and motivated Ability to work well within a team and be able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of working Additional Benefits:
