SeniorQuantitySurveyor Hinkley Point £55000-£62000 + Package Job Description Anderselite are seeking a SeniorQuantitySurveyor who has demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring all costs within structural and civil engineering projects.
Whilst managing the budget of a project • Prepare activity schedules, resource schedules and tender documents.
• Review contract programmes such as time location.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor activities • Support with disruption programmes Prepare and negotiate claims when they are submitted • Contract Management, ensuring that variations are identified and delivered in time • Be accountable and concurrently work with Project management in ensuring budget/financial information is managed • Manage subcontractors' tenders, processes, and schedule documentation • Accounting, forecasting, and creating financial reports in line with the company's policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications • Negotiating skills with clients and subcontractors • Knowledge within the tendering and procurement processes • Understanding of construction techniques on specialised projects • Experience in Risk Management and experience analysing potential threats within the business • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience • Membership of RICS or ICES or CIOB or working towards Benefits - Car allowance or company car provided - Competitive salary - Medical Insurance - Workplace pension - Subsistence pay depending on location Anderselite LTD BridgwaterEngland
