As a ServiceArchitect you will be responsible for leading a small team of ServiceArchitects to ensure that appropriate service designs and related artefacts are created.

As a ServiceArchitect you will have:
Ability to visualise, articulate and solve complex problems and to make disciplined decisions based on available information.
Ownership of problems and show initiative in aligning the necessary resources to bring about a successful outcome for the business.
Can take an overall perspective on business issues, events, activities and discuss their wider implications and long-term impact.
Focus on outcomes rather than solutions and activities.
Applies knowledge and experience to create or design workable prototypes, both programs and physical outputs.
Understands parameters, restrictions and synergies.
Makes and guides effective decisions, explaining clearly how the decision has been reached.
Has the ability to understand service complexity and risks, run collaborative design activities, influence others and build consensus.
Make complex service and technical information and language simple and accessible for non-technical audiences.
Builds successful outcomes through understanding team styles and influencing as well as motivating team members.
Prepared to take risks, willing to learn from mistakes and appreciate the importance of agile project delivery for digital projects.
