As a Room Attendant, you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
To be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel.
Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, plant room and equipment throughout the ho tel in order to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Working 4 days on and 4 days off 7.00AM to 7.00PM, the ShiftEngineer is also responsible for the smooth running of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and staff during his shift Key Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel Accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
Perform daily checks around the hotel Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise To work from maintenance fault log to ensure all bedrooms and meeting rooms are available to let daily ensuring close communication with both housekeeping and front of house man ager.
Carry out all preventative maintenance for the hotel including fire alarm test, water hygiene, emergency light testing and HVAC, etc.

To maintain heating, ventilating, air conditioning equipment in optimal operating condition by performing routine maintenance and repairs Diagnose faults on the internal maintenance BMS Actively deal with any breakdowns, liaising with contractors as necessary Qualifications and Requirements - Previous experience working in a high-end hospitality environment - Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing and general building maintenance - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and outstanding levels of customer service - Team player and be able to work alone and use initiative - Qualification in an engineering field - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet LoscarLondon benefits we offer As well as a competitive salary, we offer considerable benefits including:
