You'll enjoy being a people leader, responsible for the shifts running smoothly, crustomers happy, and team members having fun.
You value collaboration and organisation to keep our operations slick, and our ability to create and serve hot, fresh, and tasty pizza at the core of our business. You will be the eyes and ears of the shift, ensuring that our teams know what to do and when to do it. You'll be looking out for any bottlenecks that could cause delays to our deliveries, and managing our processes and technology so that our pizzas are ready to go in super-fast time. You'll also have an eye for detail, keeping your eye on product quality, freshness and standards so that our customers love the product that gets delivered to their door. As the Shift Leader, you'll be able to give feedback and recognition in the moment ensuring our team members can operate effectively and have fun in the process! Training and upskilling new team members will play a big part of this role and so leading by example and clear communication is a must. Being a Shift Leader is about making your teams grate in your hut! With great leadership and people skills you can bring the right you to the right now.
After receiving awesome training on what it means to be a great team coach, you’ll be ready to ensure every crustomer you serve has a totally awesome experience. You'll already have much of what it takes to do the job.
