Based in Leeds, you will be doing hands on Development on the existing system and the new projects moving forward and also managing / mentoring the other developers in the team.
In this role you will be facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, managing and driving the execution of sprint delivery.
You will Act as mediator between the team and the product owner, coach the team through agile practices, release the implementation of the deliverables and help, mentor and guide the development team both individually and at a team level.
This is a hybrid role looking for 2-3 days in the office per week.
