Job Summary Fixed-term role by the end of 2023 Lead engineering activities of AV core infrastructure/product suites/integrations ( ex:
Poly/MS teams/BlueJeans) for both on-premise and cloud platforms Lead engineering of video centric events platforms Document product standard designs, configurations, and controls response guides Experience with large cloud-based conferencing platforms and enterprise endpoints.
Experience with core processing components Key understanding of Video Conferencing technologies and Protocols; CVI, MTR, Bluejeans Rooms, WebRTC, SIP, H263/264 etc Evaluate AV/VC technologies in Lab/Dev environment, consulting with Service Owners and other stakeholders.
Must be able to demonstrate expertise in VC and Event technologies.
Support selection of technologies and products most appropriate for use in the Bank Follow the Bank's product onboarding processes to establish BankStandards Work closely with bank internal security teams to anticipate and address security concerns Prioritize work to successfully deliver service in a diverse environment.
Qualifications & Skills Excellent knowledge on Microsoft/Poly/Zoom/BlueJeans etc Experience with video conferencing solutions Strong documentation and written communication skills are essential.
A significant component of the role involves the development of high-quality documentation - design and controls evidence artefacts.
University degree preferred Financial Services experience preferred Experienced in supporting large and diverse environments over multiple countries Good working knowledge of networking Working knowledge of AD infrastructure/IAM/Authentication etc Excellent communication, both written and verbally Excellent knowledge of technical architecture, able to whiteboard ideas & clearly articulate designs Self-starter, able to self-manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with others Responsibilities Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct .
