We are recruiting for a talented SousChef to join an amazing team of 10 chefs for a restaruant on the SouthBank.

Working in a busy restaurant catering for up to 160 covers at lunch, you will cover all areas of the kitchen working with fresh, sustainable produce on a small , regularly changing menu.
This role is predominantly daytimes only until 4.30pm, with some Friday or Saturday evening shifts.
You will be an experienced Junior SousChef or a SousChef in a fine dining fresh food restaurant.
